Cirrus SR-22

The Cirrus Design SR22 is the flagship of the AirShares fleet. For three years running, the SR22 has been the world’s best-selling single engine, four-seat airplane.

All SR22s in the AirShares fleet are top-of-the-line aircraft, incorporating the latest technology available from the world’s leader in personal aircraft. The SR22′s sleek compositve construction and the powerful 310 hp engine combine for a 185kt cruise and 1400 fpm climb.

Avionics include dual Garmin 430s, a state of the art “glass cockpit” primary flight display, a second 10-inch multifunctional display which incorporates navigation, engine monitoring, weather downloads, traffic alerting, checklists and a moving map. The S-TEC 55X autopilot provides NAV and GPS tracking, altitude and rate of climb control, approach capability and glideslope coupling.

The TKS weeping-wing ice protection system and the Cirrus Aircraft Parachute System provide backup protection unequalled in other general aviation aircraft.

Inside, the SR22 offers a leather interior, reclining seats, an audio system, the widest cabin in its class, even cupholders for each passenger.
